Hi there! Jesmine here! I am an Organizing and Productivity Professional and one who has loved to organize since I was a kid. I get really excited about the concepts of Organizing and productivity and intrigued by how these concepts are transforming my life and the lives of others. I have always appreciated the benefits of getting organized, but my love for organizing grew stronger some years ago, after I watched Oprah Winfrey talk about how hiring her Organizing Expert changed her life for good. Since then, I have consistently come to value the concepts even more as I continue to hear successful people in life, business and career talk about the immense benefits of applying the principles in these concepts to their lives and work.
I have been professionally organizing people, their spaces and their businesses for over 7 years and I do it with so much passion because I understand that organizing and productivity skills are vital for our survival, safety, success and self-actualization. I regularly encounter people who enlist my help in dealing with confusion, chaos, clutter and stress in all areas of their lives. As a result of the deep desire to see people enjoy life, I’m constantly exploring the concept of organizing and productivity and discovering tried and tested solutions for solving the human existential problem of disorganization.
I am the CEO of an Organizing & Productivity Solutions Company, and I like to call myself the CO (Chief Organizer) at JessylsCharm.
I got motivated to start The Organizing Academy as a way of providing a learning destination for acquiring Organizing and Productivity knowledge and skills; the kind of knowledge/skills anyone could you use for either personal or professional purposes. The OMM is the first program to be launched by The Organizing Academy. We’ll be launching more programs subsequently.
What I anticipate from The Organizing Academy is the opportunity to connect, interact, share, and learn with Organizing and Productivity Enthusiasts like myself (YOU). I want to meet with YOU because there is a lot to learn and share and with the kind of information that will be at our disposal, our chances at success only gets higher.
I have a dream that one day, the world will be a place where everyone is getting organized and staying organized. Yes! I guess you can tell that I draw a remarkable amount of inspiration from Martin Luther King. I am glad to be the Lead Instructor at the Organizing Academy.

Adetayo Olatunde. BA. MA.
Adetayo Olatunde, also known as Tayo is a vibrant, flexible individual with vast knowledge. She is confident and can interact with individuals at all levels and areas of life. She is known amongst her peers as a team leader, goal oriented and a personal motivator. She has showcased her interpersonal qualities and skills through many activities and is often consulted for advice from friends and colleagues. She demonstrated those skills in her undergrad years as a political science major by holding debates and also being part of an international student tutoring initiative while on campus at Dalhousie University and in the community at large.
Considering her passion to work with people and also understanding how organizations function, by having an effective organizational structure and chart. She went on to pursue a Masters degree in Organizational Management. She was able to bring the various knowledge she acquired during that one and half year masters into reality in her position as a financial advisor at one of the big five banks. It was perfect timing as the bank was going through some organizational changes. Her collaboration with the management team at the branch level saw changes been implemented.
Tayo’s greatest desire is for everyone she encounters to reach their full potential. Majority might not be opportune to take up the leadership role, but there is something we can all bring to the table. As Tayo will say “we all have our hidden talents and know it but don’t value it”. Her mission is for people to not only realize their hidden talents, but value it enough to make a difference.
Tayo is a Resource Person for The Organizing Academy.
